Hire terms and conditions

All Hire bookings will require a Credit Card imprint as a security deposit and a sighting of a photographic ID eg. (Drivers licence or passport).

The Hirer/Cardholder is liable for the cost of all repairs or replacement to the equipment either through misuse or deliberate damage and return all camping gear in a clean and reusable condition.

Late returns on all equipment will incur a charge of $1 per hour unless other arrangements are made.

All equipment is to be used only for the purpose it was designed for.

A 15% surcharge will apply to all equipment for delivery or collection on a Sunday or Public Holiday.

Trailer hire

The Hirer/ Driver accepts full responsibility for the safety and use of the trailer at all times and be responsible for any damage or loss to the trailer during the hire period.

The Hirer/Driver must hold an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.

The Hirer/Driver must have current comprehensive vehicle insurance.

The Trailer must be towed in a safe and responsible manner and all infringements eg. Traffic, Parking fines, are the responsibility of the Hirer.

The owner accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to Hirers property arising out of any use or misuse of the trailer.

All tyre punctures thru the hire period are the responsibility of the Hirer and are to be repaired at Hirers own cost.

At the end of the hire period the trailer must be returned in a clean and reasonable condition or a $80 cleaning fee will apply.

Rental Period

Daily Hire is any 24hr period (or part thereof) from collection or delivery of equipment.

Weekly Hire is any 7 day period from collection or delivery of equipment.

All equipment is subject to a minimum hire period of 2 days, as an example, an overnight hire will be charged at a 2 X Daily rate.
